Probably the most difficult task of a trip organizer is making sure all the paperwork is filled out and submitted. The more steps involved, the more likely some important documents (like waivers) won’t get filled out in a timely manner. Fortunately, Kern River Outfitters has moved to an online waiver system which will dramatically decrease the amount of time our guests, and especially group organizers, spend on getting their paperwork in. We are the first outfitter on the Kern to offer this. Prior to this, one method was printing, signing, scanning, uploading and emailing back the waiver, which was timely, and for lack of a better word, annoying.
We are the first Kern outfitter to offer this, and as far as we know, the first in Southern California as well.
