Our celebrated Pub & Grub trip is set for July 10th and will feature outstanding selections from the Kern River Brewery and samplings from other micro breweries as well. Eric & Rebecca Giddens, founders of the popular local brew pub, will join us to talk about their brews, the art of brewing and the role beer is playing in restaurants of all culinary persuasions across the country.

At camp, we will serve up a pub feast specially made to compliment fine brews. This trip is an celebration of great food, freshly brewed micro beers, and the majesty of the Lower Kern River all rolled into one fabulous event. July 9-10, $448 per person..

Whitewater and Wine Tasting, July 16-17

We are offering another wonderful specialty trip on the Lower Kern this summer. Whitewater and Wine Tasting will be the theme as we run two days of spectacular whitewater coupled with a broad sampling of varietal wines from Central California vintners. Tastings will be hosted by a knowledgeable vintner and complimented with tasty hors d'oeuvres followed by a wonderful camp dinner prepared by our crew. July 16-17, $448 per person.
