We schedule our trips around guide availability and the number of trips per season and the number of guests per trip are strictly regulated by federal agencies to protect the wild places we are lucky enough to work in. And, the quality of our trips is very important to us. When we reserve a trip for you we start turning others away and immediately begin making preparations – including arranging guides and working and making deposits with the many wonderful vendors that help us out.

So, we have the following cancellation policy:

• Because of the protections on our wild areas and the preparation needed for our trips, deposits and all payments are non-refundable.
