2015 Kern River rafting trip schedules
With the new year under way, staff at Kern River Outfitters have been gearing up for our 2015 season. With each rafting season, we adjust our expected river schedules that reflect the years winter and snowpack. Below is information on when we are offering trips and suggestions for when you should book them. Keep in mind that we still only require a deposit to reserve your space on any of our rafting trips.
Upper Kern Full Day rafting trips: Our full day trips are kicking off in mid April and are scheduled through June. When to book: We can take a maximum of just 25 people per trip, so booking early is highly recommended.
Forks of the Kern river rafting: Scheduling a Forks trip to hit the perfect water level is a bit of a science. Currently, we are accepting reservations for our three day Forks of the Kern trip on May 26, 2015. When to book: This trip is capped at just 15 guests, and with just one date, booking immediately is encouraged.
Lower Kern trips: With some additional storms, California’s favorite two day section, the Lower Kern will be up and running. We’re anticipating a June and early July rafting season. When to book: Send us an email and we’ll let you know when these reservations open up.
