2017 White Water School
Our Kern River Guide School is a six-day course designed to give newcomers to the sport of whitewater rafting the basic skills necessary to run whitewater rivers confidently and safely.
This course is the first step in becoming a guide for Kern River Outfitters, but we also cater to the private boater who is interested in perfecting their rafting skills.
Our Guide School is limited to a small number of students and is taught by expert instructors noted for their experience and teaching ability. This limited class size allows our instructors to provide the individual attention necessary to produce top quality guide candidates.
