After three years of drought, it was great to offer a full rafting season again on the Kern river. Thank you to all of our guests that joined us this year on the Upper and Lower Kern.
We are already booking 2017 and anticipate an opening day of mid-April. See you then!
Matt is the owner and operator of Kern River Outfitters. He has been guiding for nearly 20 years and has logged over 20,000 river miles. When he is not on the Kern, you will find him guiding for his older brother, Will, in Southern Oregon, or his younger brother, Skip, on the Middle Fork of the Salmon in Idaho.
